1.2 Re-allocate budget for BCCM to enable completion of training for outreach services. However, same training for the Outreach Workers is being conducted by the MS&T firm with the technical support of BCCM. .
1.3 Strengthen the BCC strategy with respect to content focus, modalities, and responsiveness to project intervention needs. PMU to review BCC strategy and to undertake corrective actions. PMU will be in touch with the international partners of the consultant firms to tap into their international experiences Will be completed within 15 days. BCCM.
1.4 Service provision should be monitored according to AAAQ [available, accessible, acceptable, quality] criteria (see Annex 3 of Independent MTR report for detailed actions) PMU to review the recommendations and recommend steps to PPME and PIUs. 1.5 Introduce standard record-keeping system. 2.1 Develop construction contract procedures manual to guide management of construction contracts, clearly identifying procedures and roles and responsibilities. 3.1 Strengthen coordination amongst consultancy firms (Read with 3.7 to 3.9 below) A room for the consultant firms will be dedicated in the PMU. Either team leader or deputy team leader of each of the consultant firms will attend PMU three days in a week—Sunday, Monday and Wednesday PMU with representatives, among others, from the consultant firms, will meet once every month Seating arrangement had been done. 3.4 Both the in-country and out of country training plans need to be revised.
