Population Services and Training Center (PSTC) is a Non Government Organization working in the field of health and development sience 1978. PSTC is the partner NGO of UPHCP-II and also was one of the partners in phase-I. The working area is DCC-PA-4 consisting of ward no. 28,29,31,32,33 & 34 under Zone no.04. There are 6 PHCCs and one CRHCC under PA-4 & 2 of them located in UPHCP?s constructed building . The total population of the PA is 333000.There are 11428 red card holders. Total manpower of UPHCP-PSTC-DCC-PA-4 is 168. Service contacts provided by PSTC from 1st July? 05 to 31 December? 09 (Phase II)

PSTC organized User Forum and also formed QAC in each PHCC & CRHCC. For, renewal of FP registration the application is under consideration in DGFP and application to DG health for license is under process. Excess achievement over set target and also timely non adjustment of annual inflation created short fall of money under different budget line items specially the medicine etc.
