Profile of the MS & T Firm

Introduction. The Management Support and Training (MS&T) Firm was contracted to provide management and technical support to Project Management Unit (PMU). Led by Operation Research Group Pvt. Ltd. (ORG), India with two local consulting associates e.g., Development Design Consultants Ltd. (DDC) and SODEV Consult, the MS&T firm has been involved with the project right from its inception. Contract Agreement was signed on December 27, 2007 with ORG Ltd. for MS&T firm. They are working closely with PMU, PIUs and PA NGOs.

Role. The role of the (MS&T) Firm consist of:
• Management and technical support to PMU.
• Design, organize and implement appropriate programs for both management as well as technical training for all controlling formations including PMU, PIUs, Health Department of city corporations and municipalities and NGO partners.
• Selection of research and organizations and technical assistance to undertake operational research work.
